Download the necessary .dll file here. It is in a 7z archive so you will need to extract it to somewhere safe, like the desktop.
Navigate to your games folder, and then to the following file: Two Point Hospital TPH_DataManagedAssembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll
Copy that .dll file to somewhere safe and then copy and replace it with the .dll file you downloaded and extracted in step 1.
Open Cheat Engine, load the table and then launch the game.
Enable ‘Two Point Hospital’ > ‘Enable Console’ before, or during the loading screen
All commands will be loaded once you enter a hospital.
