Then, choose the option Forgot Microsoft Account, and simply enter your email address or phone number that you want to have associated with your account for security information. You just need to sign in to your console from the Home screen using our Xbox Live-enabled gamertag that has been previously downloaded to the console. In the upper right corner, you should then be able to see your email address in rotation with your gamertag.
